YNERIUM.
Kynerium · For people who train

Your strongest year.

For people who already train. Free, no account: a style read, and a way to tell if a number actually moved. If you want to train with a coach who works this way, write.

The read is free. The honest no is included.

The read · free

Start with the read.

Five questions, on your device, no account. You leave knowing your style, what to look for in a coach, and what would be wrong for you.

The problem

The work was never the problem.

You show up. You put in the hours. What you cannot get is a straight answer to three questions.

  • The plateau

Year one gave you progress for free. Now every week costs more and returns less. More effort is not the answer. Better direction is. Check the number.

  • The form question

Nobody else has to watch. Film one lift from the same spot, once a week. You against last week. How.

  • The fit question

There are plenty of good coaches. The question is which way of working is yours. Most people find that out a month in. The read names it first, including no.

What you can use tonight

Three things. No account.

01 · The read

A style you can keep

Five questions. You leave with a named style, what to look for, and what would be wrong for you. All eight styles.

02 · The number

Is the change real?

Fourteen days of baseline. Declare what should move. Noise is named as noise. Enter your numbers, or read the rules.

03 · The lift

Film one lift

Same lift, same camera, once a week. You against last week, not against a stranger's highlight. The four rules.

04 · Write

If you want to train

One coach. You talk. You train if it fits. The tools stay free either way.

How a number is read

Built to tell the truth.

  • A change smaller than your normal day-to-day swing is called what it is: within your normal range. No inflated wins.
  • Misses stay. A page that only shows wins is marketing.
  • No streaks, no badges, no leaderboards. The only comparison is you against your own baseline.
  • Your data is yours. A coach gets scoped access you consent to and can revoke. The platform is custodian, never owner.
Write

If you want to train, say so.

One coach. You write, the coach reads it and replies, then you talk. You train if it fits. Send a name, a way to reach you, and what you are working on. The tools above stay free either way.

Questions

What everyone asks.

What is free?

The style read, the rules for whether a change is real, the number check, and how to film one lift. No account.

Can I train with you?

Write. One coach. You talk. There is no yearly intake and no promised cohort.

Do I need to be training already?

No. If you are getting ready to start, say so in your own words.

What happens to my data?

It is yours. A coach gets scoped access you can revoke. The platform is custodian, never owner. No data sales, no ads.
