High Accountability

Motivation is not the missing piece. You need someone who sets a bar you can't quietly negotiate down when it gets hard.

  • What to look for

A coach who sets a clear bar, pushes you, and holds you to it. Warmth is optional. The standard is not.

  • The block's aim

I train harder, follow through, and raise my standard.

  • Wrong for you if

you need a patient on-ramp, or a coach whose first job is to make the room feel safe.

If this is not your year

You still leave with work. No account. These three hold even if you never meet us.

  1. Write the bar for the week before Monday: sessions, main lifts, a number you will not quietly cut.
  2. Train the session you named even when the mood argues. The argument is data. It is not a vote.
  3. Once a week, keep one set that is honestly hard, and log how you wanted to negotiate. That line is the work.
