Performance
You're not starting from zero, you're stuck. You want a plan sharp enough that the progress is finally visible.
-
What to look for
A coach who analyses, structures, and makes the next step specific. You already work. You need the plan to match that.
-
The block's aim
I have a precise plan and visible improvement.
-
Wrong for you if
you need someone to make you show up, or a first-time on-ramp more than a sharper next block.
You still leave with work. No account. These three hold even if you never meet us.
- Declare two to four marks for the next 12 weeks, with a direction, before you change the plan. Pre-commitment is what makes a later delta honest.
- Run 14 days as baseline under the current plan. Do not judge. You are measuring the floor you already have.
- One variable at a time: load, or volume, or density. If everything moves, you will not know what worked.
