Technique First

You don't want to be hyped up. You want to know that what you're doing is right, so progress stops feeling like guessing.

  • What to look for

A coach who watches closely, corrects patiently, and makes sure you understand your training. One cue you can use beats five you cannot.

  • The block's aim

I move better, lift stronger, and understand what I'm doing.

  • Wrong for you if

you want energy more than precision, or a plan that only cares about the number on the bar.

If this is not your year

You still leave with work. No account. These three hold even if you never meet us.

  1. Same three lifts, same setup, for 14 days, before you add load. The baseline is the shape, not the personal best.
  2. One cue per session. Write it on the card. Everything else waits.
  3. Keep a last-time line: weight, reps, how it felt. Next session starts from that line, not from memory.
