Supportive Accountability
You don't lack discipline. You need someone in your corner who helps you restart before one bad week turns into three.
-
What to look for
A coach who keeps you on track and helps you restart fast after a bad week, without judgment. The skill is the restart, not the speech about grit.
-
The block's aim
I stay consistent even when motivation drops.
-
Wrong for you if
you want a bar you cannot negotiate down, or a purely technical eye with little relationship around it.
You still leave with work. No account. These three hold even if you never meet us.
- Decide the minimum session that still counts: twenty minutes, two movements. On a bad day you do the minimum, and the week is not lost.
- Send one line to someone after you train, for 14 days. Not a report. A mark that you showed up.
- When you miss, write the next session before you sleep. The restart is the work. Shame is not.
